Viewing Purchase Order List

Users can view the purchase order list associated with a blanket purchase order by performing the following steps:

Click Procurement à Blanket Purchase Order. The Blanket Purchase Order page appears.

Search for and select the preferred BPO from the All Blanket Purchase Orders list to open the BPO and view the details associated with the same.

Click List of POs to view the following details:

• PO Release Details

  • Number of releases

  • Released Amount

  • Balance Amount

• PO List

  • Purchase Order Number

  • Location

  • Date

  • Purchase Order Total

  • Entered By

  • Entered On
