Templates

Templates consist of a list of items for an event. Users can create only one template per location. The created template can be used for one or more locations. Only users with administrator privileges can create templates. 

A list of templates with the following details are displayed under Templates:

Field	Description
Template#	The template number
Template Name	The name of the template.
Event Name	The name of the event.
Location(s)	The name of the location.
Template Description	The description of the template.
Created Date	The date on which the template was created.
Created By	The name of the user who created the template.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the template was last modified.
Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the template.
