Service Types

The Service Types category allows users to support sales orders.

Users can perform the following under Service Types:

• Create service types

• Modify service types

• Deactivate service types

• Activate service types

Creating Service Types

Go to Setup ➜ Catering ➜ Service Types. The Service Types page is displayed.

Click Create New to create a service type.

OR

Search for and select the preferred service type under the Service Types list to open the Service Types page.

Refer to the following table and enter/modify the details:

Field	Description
Name	Enter the preferred service type name.
Code	Enter the service type code.
Is Active	Enable this flag to indicate the active status of the service type.

Click Create/Update to create/update the service type.

Modifying Service Types

Users can modify existing service types by performing the following steps:

Click the ellipses under Actions corresponding to the preferred service type.

Click Edit. The Edit Service Type page appears.

Modify the preferred details.

Click Update.

Deactivating Service Types

Users can deactivate existing service types by performing the following steps:

Click the ellipses under Actions corresponding to the preferred service type.

Click Deactivate. The system prompts the user to confirm the service type deactivation.

Click Confirm.

Activating Service Types

Users can activate a deactivated service type by performing the following steps:

Disable the Show Active Only flag to see the deactivated service types. The list of deactivated service types appears.

Click the ellipses under Actions corresponding to the preferred service type.

Click Activate. The system prompts the user to confirm the service type activation.

Click Confirm.
