Requisitions

Requisitions are purchasing or transfer requests made to a supplier requesting for inventory items. Requisitions increase the quantity on requisition (QOR) until the requisitioned inventory is transferred, or the requisition is cancelled.

Users must be notified with a warning message when attempting to post a requisition beyond the cut-off day and time. Any requisition posted beyond the cut-off day and time is flagged as a Rush order.

When posting transfers and transfer-out from open requisitions, inventory items must be depleted from their respective bins considering the priority.

Refer to the Setup à Hierarchy à Locations section in this guide for more information on configuring Delivery Rules.

Requisition Templates act like a master copy from which additional requisitions are copied with the same values as the template, or master copy. Requisition templates list items with their units, pack sizes and quantities, and are used for creating recurring requisitions.
