Quick Orders

Quick Orders are intended for manufacturing (wholesale), take-out catering environments, and arena environments that use Quick Orders for suites. It is possible to assign different price levels to products and bring products into the Quick Order module individually or by package, type, or class. Users can save quick orders as templates for reuse, facilitating data entry.

The Quick Orders module interfaces with the Eatec customer database and Accounts Receivable module. Report generated by Eatec includes detailed sales activity, accounting information, and product sales.

Users can perform the following functions in Quick orders:

  • Process an order and print an invoice within a short time span.

  • Moving products into quick orders individually or by package or by type or by class.

  • Products brought into quick orders can be priced and re-priced.

  • All linked items are depleted as part of inventory management.

  • Quick orders can be saved as templates and reused later.

  • Reports can be generated for detailed sales activity, accounting information & product sales.
