Price Concepts

Price concepts allow users to configure different pricing for products based on the sales location.

Click Setup ➜ Global ➜ Concept & Region ➜ Price Concepts.

Users can perform the following under Price Concepts:

Users can create a new price concept by performing the following steps:

Click the Create New button. The New Price Concepts page appears.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields:

Field	Description
Group Name	Enter a name for the group.
Code	Enter a unique code for the group.
Is Active	Flag that indicates whether the price concept is active or inactive. By default, this flag appears toggled on (active) when creating a price concept and cannot be toggled off. This flag can be toggled off to deactivate the price concept when opened for modification. Once toggled off, the deactivated price concept will be displayed on the Price Concepts page only if the Show Active Only flag is toggled off.

Click Create.

Users can modify existing price concepts by performing the following steps:

Click the ellipsis under Actions corresponding to the preferred group name.

Click Edit. The Edit Price Concepts page appears.

Modify the required details.

Click Update.

Users can deactivate existing price concepts by performing the following steps:

Click the ellipsis under Actions corresponding to the preferred group name.

Click Deactivate. The system prompts the user to confirm the deactivation.

Click Confirm.

Users can activate a deactivated price concept by performing the following steps:

Toggle off the Show Active Only flag to view the deactivated price concept. The deactivated price concepts appear.

Select a deactivated price concept.

Click the ellipsis under Actions corresponding to the preferred price concept.

Click Activate. The system prompts the user to confirm the activation.

Click Confirm.
