Events

Events are activities that use catering and related functions. In Eatec, it is possible to create, configure, and link to a specific entity called an event using the Event Management module.

Events are defined as the activities that take place on a particular day at a venue. Mostly, events refer to a single activity; however, there are instances where multiple events can take place in a day. Users can assign activities for specific dates for future events. Closer to the actual event, the start and end times, locations, and attendees are set for the event. Users can also view all activities linked to any event. This includes sales, quick orders, or requisitions.

These events appear on the Events Calendar of the Dashboard.

Click Event Management à Events to view the Events page.
