Adding Special Instructions/Memo

Sales orders must be provided with multiple free text areas to add special instructions/additional information to an order.

Each field accommodates a maximum character limit of 2500 and supports only alphanumeric characters.

The memo fields to be provided as part of each sales order are listed as follows:

• Special Instruction

• Food

• Beverages

• Order Charges

• Labor Charges

• Equipment Pack List

• Catering Group 6

• Catering Group 7

• Catering Group 8

The catering group names are updated based on the values configured under Setup ➜ Catering Item Groups.
