Overview

The Agilysys Eatec reports guide includes information on the reports available under the Reports module.

The Report module helps the user to access the data generated from the inventories and keep track of the records of the inventories. Report availability is configurable for all users or by user.

It allows a user to configure report accessibility for general use or by user.

  • Generate user specific reports on the Reports screen under View Report

  • Download report

Report module allows users to access the following sections:

  • Report

  • My Data

  • Scheduled Reports

In the Report screen, the Report Search field allows users to search for preferred reports by typing the report name or description. As and when the user types, reports with the entered characters will be filtered and displayed as options for selection. Once selected, the following drop-down lists will be auto-selected with the options corresponding to the report selected in the Report Search field. Selecting the preferred contains the following sections:

  • Report

  • Section

  • Reports

  • Description

Each report contains the following sections:

  • Report Parameters - This section lists the parameters based on which the report can be generated.

  • Sample Report - This section includes the sample of a generated report.

  • Report Fields - This section describes thes fields displayed in the report.

Reports in Eatec are classified as follows:

  • Inventory

  • Products

  • Recipes

  • Suppliers A/P

  • Accounting

  • Sales

  • Retail

  • Customers A/R

  • Quick Orders

  • Sales Orders
